หมายเหตุ: หน่วยรับรอง Certification Body (CB) คือบุคคลที่สามที่ให้บริการการตรวจประเมินและรับรอง หรือจดทะเบียน การเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์กำหนดของกิจกรรม หรือระบบงานต่าง ๆ

สำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานสากลไอเอสโอ หรือ ISO International Certification Agency (ISA) ภายใต้การบริหารของบริษัท ไอเซ็ม จำกัด  ได้กำหนดพันธกิจ ไว้ดังนี้

1. สร้างหน่วยรับรอง  Certification Body (CB) สัญชาติไทยรายแรกของประเทศไทยและเข้าสู่การจดทะเบียนบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย รวมทั้งการประชาสัมพันธ์ถึงกิจกรรมต่างๆให้เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวาง

2. ขยายฐานลูกค้าธุรกรรมด้าน ISO สร้างแนวโน้มในการเติบโตการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานอย่างมีมาตรฐานสากล 

3. สร้างระบบนิเวศคุณค่าเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย เพิ่มมูลค่า สร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ การให้บริการภายใต้มาตรฐานสากล รวมถึงการสร้าง Business Synergy ให้กับผู้มีส่วนได้เสียในกลุ่ม Ecosystems ที่มีความเชื่อมโยงกันของห่วงโซ่ทางคุณค่า (Value Chain) แต่ละหน่วยในระบบธุรกิจ เช่น ISEM-Certified Lead Auditor, (CLA) ISEM-Certified Trainer (CTN), ISEM-Certified Observer (COB), Partners, ผู้ขอรับรองระบบ (Customer), หน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง 

4. กำหนดต้นทุนในการยกระดับมาตรฐานสากลให้อุตสาหกรรมไทยด้วยราคาที่จับต้องได้ และเพื่อลดการสูญเสียเงินค่าธรรมเนียมการตรวจประเมินระบบและรับรองสถานะที่ไหลออกนอกประเทศไทย

ISEM’s collaborations with academia, certification bodies, government agencies, and other organizations have helped drive the development, adoption, and effective implementation of the related software engineering standards.

1.Partnerships for ISO/IEC 29110 certification: ISEM has partnered with the academy and other organizations to provide ISO/IEC 29110 certification such as the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) and associations.

This standard is focused on quality management for software engineering in small organizations, demonstrating ISEM’s efforts to support the development of standards for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and very small entities (VSEs) in the industry.

2. Involvement in research on quality assessment models and standards: ISEM’s research contributions in this area have helped advance the understanding and application of software engineering standards. This research collaboration with the academic community has likely influenced the evolution and adoption of these standards.

3. With IADD (International Auditors for Digital and Data Management Association) and TPQI (Thailand Professional Qualification Institute), ISEM is serving as an official examination center for individuals seeking certification as ISEM-Certified Lead Auditors, ISEM-Certified Practitioners, and ISEM-Certified Trainers. This helps promote the development of skilled professionals who can effectively implement and assess software engineering standards.

4. ISEM works with associations and academies concerning the use of standards in the development of our products and services such as AIEAT (Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneur Association of Thailand), IADD (International Auditors for Digital and Data Management Association), ABAC (Assumption University), RMUTTO (Raja Mangala University of Technology Tawan-ok), PSU (Prince of Songkla University), Great Center, Central Lab, Mahidol University, KMITL (King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thai IoT Association, TPQI (Thailand Professional Qualification Institute), EIT (วิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย(วสท.)Engineering Institute of Thailand) etc.

ISEM Co., Ltd. has significantly contributed to the AUN-ICT initiative, particularly in developing and standardizing quality frameworks for university ICT systems and management. Through collaborations with Prince of Songkla University (PSU) and other partners, ISEM has played a key role in deepening discussions, refining processes, and promoting the implementability of AUN-ICT standards across ASEAN universities.

 ISEM’s active involvement in workshops, panel discussions, and research has been instrumental in advancing the AUN-ICT framework and enhancing ICT quality and management practices in the region. Overall, ISEM’s contributions have been vital in shaping AUN-ICT as a world-class standard tailored to promote ICT capabilities in universities across ASEAN.

Additionally, ISEM regularly serves as a standards committee, further developing the AUN-ICT model, and demonstrating its commitment to quality and continuous improvement across a wide range of industries and geographies.

Officially, ISEM also plays an important role in the AUN-ICT model as an accredited Certification Body (CB) develops the certification scheme to certify members who request accreditation to the AUN-ICT certification.
