- The organization serves as a training center for both basic and advanced standards.
- They conduct assessments for over 1390 organizations worldwide, including 770 CMM/CMMI assessments in 33 countries (covering approximately 1,350 companies), 370 ISO assessments in Thailand, Europe, and Asia, and certifications for 250 organizations in PDPA/Data Governance/ISO/IEC27001/ISO9001/ISO14001 standards in Thailand, Europe, and Asia.
- The organization is an official examination center for individuals seeking certification as ISEM Certified Lead Auditors (CLA).
- They are also an official examination center for individuals seeking certification as ISEM Certified Trainers (CTN).
- The organization is involved in research related to the models of standards used for quality assessments.
